Essex County Scouts AGM 2020 Registration

Essex County Scout Council have decided to take our 2020 AGM online as a result of current social distancing and Scout Association guidance regarding face-to-face Scouting.

We will be running the meeting through Zoom and have up to 500 attendees. We are asking all to pre-register so we can manage numbers. A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to everyone who pre-registers a few days before the event. If you register but cannot then attend online, please contact us on eventbrite@essexscouts.org.uk and we can remove your registration information.

You will not need a Zoom account to join the meeting as the link will open in any web browser, however is you do have the Zoom app and or an account you will be able to join using those.

Members of the Essex County Scouts Council who are eligible to vote at our AGM's (for election and/or approval of appointments etc) will be contacted seperately via email with details of our voting process. This will be conducted online via Google Forms shortly before the event, and the results announced on the evening.
